Stephen is Chairman of Accrue Capital and founded the business in 2009. Stephen role principally covers investor relations and the strategic development of the business.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a successful Principal in real estate investment and other business sectors. Prior to establishing Accrue, he was a Main Board Director of DTZ, where he advised many banks, corporates and institutions. He has extensive real estate experience in all sectors and has been involved in numerous real estate projects throughout the UK and Continental Europe.

Giles a Director and co-owner of Accrue Capital, having joined the Company in 2012. He has overall responsibility for running the investment side of the business and developing and maintaining key relationships with investors and partners. He sits on the Boards of all subsidiaries and investment funds.

Giles has extensive investment and asset management experience across a broad range of asset classes.

Giles has a BSc from the University of Reading

Guy is a Director and co-owner of Accrue Capital, having joined the company in 2014. He is responsible for sourcing opportunities as well as overseeing the asset management and development side of the business. Guy has extensive experience of the UK national market, prior to joining Accrue Capital he was at a Strutt and Parker (now BNP Paribas) where he advised numerous institutions and corporates on a number of transactions across a broad range of sectors.

Guy has a BSc from the University of Reading.

Tim joined Accrue Capital in 2020. Coming from the retail sector Tim has a background in data analytics a financial modelling. He heads up our investor reporting and oversees the administration of our finances across our various portfolios. Tim is now also heading up Accrue’s sustainability initiatives. Alongside this he also carries out and assists in the modelling of new business opportunities and acquisitions.

Tim has a BSc from The University of Portsmouth.

Ian is responsible for rent collection, service charge matters and insurance cover for all properties owned by Accrue. He is also the main point of contact for the managing agent firms that act on behalf of Accrue Capital throguhout the UK. With his longstanding knowledge of the property industry, Ian again plays an important supporting role in lease restructuring, new lettings, acquisitions and property diposals.

Ian is a member of the RICS.

Helen has been working in the property industry for the last 20 years, both on property management and property development and more recently with Hamptons Internation in their residential sales team.

Helen’s primary role at Accrue is the day to day administration of the Marlow office.
